Unless you are already electronics handy and electronics knowledgable, I wouldn't bother trying to fix it. E-liquid on internal electrical components is usually a mod killer. I can see three vulnerable areas where spilled e-liquid could reach the electronics in your mod: 510 connector, display screen, and the large fire button.

Sorry for your loss. :(

I've got a smok v-fin thats 2 months old. My tank leaked and now my mod won't turn on. Is it dead or can i open it up and clean it and dry it out?
Welcome and glad you joined.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
Definitely worth a look at:

If you do have someone have at it, my preference would be an experienced someone, i.e. a vape shop person that is at least decent with electronics. Eliquid leaks can be pretty catastrophic though.

IDK if Smok has a 90 day manufacturer's warranty, I'm doubtful your vendor would have one but it's always possible. You could still consider contacting one or both of them.
