SMOK X Cube 2 not working...

Hey everyone. I've had my smok X Cube 2 for about a month now and it has worked flawlessly since I got it. When I woke up this morning, I went to turn it on and hit it, but it wouldn't do anything at all. At first I thought I might have put it in stealth mode by accident, but that's not the case because the lock and unlock symbol still show up on the screen in stealth mode. It was a long shot, but I thought it may have been my batteries, so I exchanged the ones I had in there with 3 or 4 different sets of freshly charged batteries and still nothing. It hasn't been dropped or exposed to water or anything thst could have possibly damaged it. I'm not sure what else to try at this point. Any ideas?

Contrary to some Dealers Claims of 14 day(their exchange service) The x Cube II has a 6month warranty.

That is awesome... Thank you so much. I purchased mine from VapeNW. I just went back to see how long it's been and it's been exactly one month and three days since I ordered it, so I was thinking that it would be just my luck for them to tell me that the warranty expires after one month. I already sent VapeNW an email so I'll see what they have to say and if they aren't any help, I will definitely be contacting MadVapes. Thank you so much... I really appreciate your help!

Yes, I did the upgrade a couple weeks ago. I don't think that had anything to do with this issue though, because it was still working perfectly after that until this happened out of the clear blue.
on the plus side, the 6 month warranty should cover it, hopefully :) sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Cube
