I have both and they aren't bad for the price.
The temp control on the mod isn't really an actual temp control but estimate. Wattage and mech mode work good as expected. For the price the mod isn't too shabby as a vw mod. The vct tank is good imo for the inexpensive price. Flavor and clouds are good. I stuck with the kanthal vertical coils. 0.5 ohm. I've vaped on both for about a month now and am very happy with their performance. I've been running 80vg to 90vg juice with no dry hits.

Agreed. I have just the mod bought it a few weeks ago while I was waiting for my SXmini M class to experiment with temp control. As I soon found out the temp control is very basic but works better than other entry level mods. What I really like about it is that it is small and light, it's perfect for an on the go regulated box mod with a tank. Not much bigger than an iStick and packs the perfect punch for a subtank. I was hesitant to buy it because the batteries are built in to the unit but they are high quality dual 18650s and the box charges quickly.

Nice box.

Just ordered my M80 PLUS and SMOK VCT PRO Tank. Wanted to see if anyone had any experience with these.
I actually have one. Mine is grey. I use it with the dark horse RDA and it works like a beauty. The mech mode I use for my drip is 83 watts on a full charge on an 80watt box. So it I'd pretty good if you're getting into cloud chasing or whatnot.

The M80 is a fine piece of machinery. I don't own one, but I have used one.
Reason why I don't own one: Sigelei
Dollar for dollar, Sigelei makes a much better mod, IMO. Try a Sigelei 150W and see the difference. You'll never need another mod.

I feel the same way about my Sig 50, 100 and 150. I may never NEED another mod but good luck letting that stop me. I even got the Sig 75 with TC on preorder.

The one thing I have noticed about Sigelei mods is they seem to have more power than others that I have such the IVP3, T8, SXmini, and even the God Mod and Kamry 200. IMO I think it's because Sigs have a higher amp output than most.

As crazy as it sounds my favorite thing about the Sig is that dumb silicon sleeve it comes with. Lol

Well, you like all vapers like to keep everything looking like new. I know guys that spend more on skins for their mods than on anything else. Sigelei is the only company that I know of that provides that silcone sleeve with the mods.
Top notch company and great boxes. Not to mention that the red color on the 150 is sexy as hell!

I owned the sig MINI 30 Watt and it was ok nothing special the skin slipped and would hold the button down sometimes, but the guy at my local vape shop was raving about this M80 plus with the version 6 firmware. Since then i ditched the Sig and got the M80 on order for less than i sepnt on the 30 watt sig. I change out vapes every so often so i wouldnt be against moving up to the sig 150 when i get bored of the M80.
