I ordered the smoke 51 starter kit on the internet for 9.95
on sept 26 it is now oct 13. They have not answered any
e-mails. Has anyone else had this problem.

Bad call on my part, I knew it was too good to be true. On top of that, if you don't cancel (but they don't reply, so how can you), they auto-refilll carts, ship them to you at regular intervals, and charge them to your credit card!!

I've disputed the charge with my cc company and I intend to send the kit back unopened if it ever does arrive.

Lesson: If it sounds too good to be true, it definitely is

For $9.95 per starter kit, there must be a catch here. Did you read the fine print? Some of these companies give you a dirt cheap starter price, and then you find you've signed up for some outrageous time share plan for refills or supplies. Watch your credit card statements closely.

$50.00 is a decent starting number for a good starter kit, and a bottle of juice. Check around the Forums. You'll be surprised.

It was my first purchase seven months ago. Kind of an emergency buy since the one I ordered on line, hadn't arrived and I was flying out in the next couple days.
I was a bit shocked when you said you got it for $9.95, but the scam explains it.
Sorry you got caught in it.

Here's an email address for Smoke-51 that actually works: danielm@smoke51.com. I fell for the trial offer and then changed my mind. They cancelled my order when I contacted them by email.
