"smoke" coupon code not working

I was wanting to order several eGo-T items ( passthrough, atomizer, soft gasket cartridges) and also a button cover ans suede pouch. I entered the "smoke" coupon code and it said it couldn't be applied to these items. why is this? i could use it on other parts i was considering buying.
