Copsa? Most hospitals here have a COPSA (Comprehensive Services on Aging) department, but I don't know of any that sell ejuice.

Now that we have stopped smoking cigarettes we are vaping. We vape (not smoke).

Any1 in here have try to smoke juice from copsa ?

I have never heard of it but that's probably because I live in the USA.
