I had been tinkering with my PV for a couple of months but just couldn't let go if the cigs. All that changed when I took a road trip and I told my 14 yr old that I would try to just vape on the drive (9 hours). I only lasted for about 4 1/2 hours but when I lit up it tasted so nasty I only took about 4 drags off it and tossed it out. The end.
to ecf SusieQ67. So glad you are here and congrats on the vaping. Lots and lots of DIY threads and help. Always someone here that can help you with just about anything. Have fun and continued success to you.
Congrats and welcome! Once you have 5 posts, you can post in the DIY threads to your heart's content. There are lots of really helpful people here. Good luck!
Congratulations for quitting SusieQ67! Ever since buying my vape, I've kicked the cigarettes. I put a pack in the freezer, just so that I know "it's there".
Once you get used to vaping, you probably won't enjoy the taste of a cigarette, and much less the carbon monoxide buzz.
The reason I truly believe this time is different is because I totally understand that I can never have another drag on a cigarette. If I do, it will start all over. It took me 12 years more than it took you. Maybe.
Hiya SusieQ - big congrats on your quit. That's huge stuff! It's really great that you have someone to help you get started. Support makes all the difference. ECF is great for this too - I wouldn't have made it this far without being able to talk to folks here who were on the same journey. Once you've got those things far enough in your rear view mirror you won't want the nails anymore.
