hello everyone i am new here and fairly new to vaping i currently have a few e cigs i really like. south beach smoke, and blue. i just have a question i hope someone can help me with. i recently have seen a technique on how to fill cartomizers using the plastic caps they come in. anyway i really like the south beach smoke menthol and i have tried to find out which e juice they use but cant find the info. so i was wondering if anyone knows what they use, or what brands out of the hundreds out there that are good i.e. throat hit, and flavor or one that is comparable to the actual juice they use or better. thanks any feedback is appreciated.

Have not clue about that vendor. The technique your talking about is what's referred to as the, "condom method". Which takes one of the plastic caps that were located on either end of the cartomizer. When you took it out of the packaging. Then you fill it up with lets say 1ml of e-liquid (for standard sized cartomizers).
Afterwards, you slowly dunk the cartomizer (battery end first) into the plastic cap. While giving it a few minutes break during the process to let the e-liquid seep throughout the cartomizer. After it's all the way down. Allow 10-20 minutes for it to rest. Take it out of the plastic cap and dry it off with a paper towel. Then it's ready to be used. Hope that helps.

thanks and it does help also i saw several videos of people performing this technique so am anxious to try. but now i need to find some e juice that i like i have only used the prefilled cartomizers so i am in the dark as to what e liquid to use. do you have any suggestions on brands etc. i am looking for a really good menthol flavor.
VaporNine has an excellent 'Nuport' menthol flavor! Very minty but it has that hint of a nutty/tobacco
