Just decided to give vaping a try the other day, So far i haven't had a smoke in about 3 days. I've been smoking for the last 17 years at around a pack a day. I'm feeling pretty confident i will quit smoking this time finally after numerous tries with the patch and other product. I am loving vapor smoking so far.

Anyways i bought a kit at my local smoke shop called Smoke Relief for $55, it came with a wall charger, atomizer, battery, and a pcc. I seem to get 2 full charges and about 4-5 charges if im charging throughout the day. All and all im happy with this product, it produces a good vapor and i got plenty of charge to get me through the day.

I tried uploading images but i got this need have 15 posts bs, im not a spammer.

I must be doing something wrong cause I still feel I need 2 smoke regular marlboro's about 8 per day. I have cut back from a pack & 1/2. I've tried several e-juices including making my own from snus.

You probably aren't getting enough nic then. I started with 18mg and had to up it to 24mg before I could drop the analogs.

Thanks, I just bought a higher nic level and it's much better! Still smoking about 5 regulars per day. I also bought a new e-cig, the 510 and like it better! I've turned about 5 people on to vaping! They love it!

That's awesome! I managed to quit completely the day after I got my 510, but I still had cravings. They went away after the 2nd week.

The best way to make vaping better is to get more smokers to convert. The bigger the market, the more money gets spent on improving the designs.

Don't get down on yourself when you read the "got my PV and haven't had a cig since" if you're still doing both.

I spent quite a few weeks doing both. I've known folks who spent months. None of us is doing it wrong.

Relax. Vape when you can and smoke when you have to. Someday you'll wake up and realize that you didn't smoke the day before.

Take the "I gotta' quit" stress out and things become so much nicer.
