At my variety store. They are advertising it pretty heavily in the window, so looks like things are catching on in the city.

The kit is 89.95 + tax...2 x batts, a charger and 5 carts...zero nic. Seems funny to have a big poster in your window advertising the "future of smoking" with zero nic carts, but whatever.

I talked to the owner of "Red Smoke Tobacconist" about e-cigs and I think he still sells carts and carts alone. His understanding was that Nic juice couldn't be sold over the counter like that since it is a nicotine product.

He wanted to stock hardware as well but could only squeak by with blank mystery carts (look like they are for an exposed bridged atty) so the fact that you can buy a device in a storefront at all is a huge step to me!

I should pass this info along to the owner of Red Smoke next time I venture over there.
