Smoke tech galileo and the kick module

Can some one help? I bought a smoke tech galileo and a kick. I used icr 18350 battery and only get 3 volts at any setting on the dial. I was unaware of using the imr batteries. I have ordered some but want to know if this will cure my problem? Is my kick still OK.

no. no vv is avg. of 3.7 v. even on 650mah. prob. major prob and no bueno.

My unit: ego900mah and mini evod 1.8 ohm. Winboro Lights (14mg) Koolport Ice (14mg) vape on!
