Smokeless delight ??

I received my first e-cig Saturday and was pleased at first but 1 battery did not work and i cant seem to contact anyone at smokeless delight about this issue (i ordered the pen style) what is the scoop on this company and there customer service (sorry I'm at work and in a hurry) is this a good company and can i refill these carts with juice any help would be greatly appreciated i will comment more later in the day over all i am happy but the flavor is not what I'm use to and the customer service is troublesome should i be worried

Sorry, not familiar with the company you mentioned. You should be able to refill your carts alright with ejuice. Welcome to the forum Rebel. Many companies out there are not very good; however there is a bunch on the Home page that you can order from. I don't think Smokeless Delight is one of them though. Sorry about your experience, but many on here have been put off by some companies too. Just have to research, and then research some more.

Yea there are on the list of sponsoring supplier's , and so far with the exception of there customer service, everything is o.k.. we will see if the contact me back and make it right. I have read ALOT of post and only heard a few bad things about them, but i will keep this post updated and keep hassling them... I would hate for my first purchase to be a bad 1... also i have noticed there regular flavor carts taste alot like pipe tobacco and i may look elsewhere for different flavors. thanks for all Help

I don't know this company. Don't feel that you need to buy all of your supplies from the same company. And don't worry if you end up deciding you want a different model! Most of us try several before we settle on what we like best. And some of us regularly use a couple of different ones depending on the situation.

Well i got a E-mail response and there shipping the batts today and the carts tomorrow (Well c??) thanks for yalls help

Received my carts and a few days later the batt took some time but I'm happy with them and have recommended them to others customer service was a Lil slow and no one answers the phone
