Smokeless Image - customer support don't respond!?

Hi Guys,

I've previously purchased a Volt USB passthrough from Smokeless image, which has worked great.

However the latest batch of clearomizers do not seem to work with the passthrough. It's not possible to screw
the clearomizer all the way down, therefore the electrical contact is not made.

I've emailed smokeless image's customer support twice over this month, and they don't even bother to respond. Extremely disappointing seeing as they always have such great reviews!

Do other people have similar issues? Can anyone suggest another source for 808D clearomizers? I've used Halo before with good success.

Why not just go back to using the HALO ones?

SI has a forum here, if you get enough posts you can post directly to their forum and ask why your emails aren't being answered.

So some back and forth here and you'll be able to go to rest of the forum

EVcigarettes has the kanger esmart and T4s in 808 but they are very SMALL

Just a little annoying as I bought 15 SI clearomizers which can't be used.

Definitely will consider the HALO ones again, unless there are some other recommendations?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately no recommendations on that particular set-up from me, as I have never used it. I do use
Halo for their juices. I love Tiki Juice, good stuff.

I would definitely go over to the SI forum here ....... you need to get those replaced. 15 clearomizers is a chunk of change.

i have no idea why no response to your emails.....seems odd doesn't it.

I haven't tried calling since I live in Australia, which makes the timezone difficult =(

Hi and welcome to the board. Go and post in some of the other intro threads until you get your membership upgraded, then go to SIs forum and ask. As you say, this seems unusual for them.

Yeah, just go with Halo. I just bought another G6 kit and it works great like the first kit G6 kit I bought. Halo has some of the best hardware, and tasty juices if you or your family can get past the odd vapor odor.

I used to order a lot from SI...always good for me, but that was a couple of years ago. definitely post in their section below when you can.

On a side note, 808 batteries are notorious for not making contact like you described. Try wiggling the center post on the battery out a bit (small screw driver, pin, paper clip)...just enough to help it make contact...1 mm should do. You can also wiggle the center post on the carto out just a bit if necessary. I once had a whole batch of 50 kanger cartos that wouldn't work until I pried on them a little.
