I was scouring the internet for a few carts to use with my Inferno, and I stumbled across SmokenJoey's store after watching a couple reviews he had on Youtube.
Let me tell you, his customer service is AMAZING. Firstly, It said thanks Jess ON THE BOX ITSELF! Who doesn't want to see a handwritten box directed specially to them?!
On top of that, he sent me an extra cart for no reason in particular, along with a handwritten note on the invoice thanking me for the order, inviting me to watch the video on it (in case I didn't know what it was, how to use it, etc...)
Then, to make matters EVEN BETTER, I got his FIRST CLASS package the same day that I got another package from someone who sent it Priority!!
Really awesome service, very personal service, all in all I am very happy!
