Smoker's Savior?

I just saw a commercial for Smoker's Savior of an ABC affiliate here in Polk County, Florida where I live. Has anyone heard of this product and what do is your opinion on it.

From looking at their website....it's another overpriced 510.

IE: They are selling 10 filled cartos....for $55 (on sale, reg price $75).

Pass them by.
