I recently got in an assortment of cartomizers that include: Boge 2ohm and 3ohm, a dual coil from AVE and some Smoketech dual coils in 1.25 and 1.5 ohm. I've been using Goodprophets juice,Tasty Vapor juice and AVE juice in them and no matter what i do i can only get like 3 drags in before the flavor tapers off. I've watched numerous videos on Filling cartos and i do not chain vape them so i have no clue what i'm doing wrong, how long do they take to "break in" even though that makes no sense to me.

I will say that the smoketech dual coils performed better than the others however, so many ppl rave about the boge that i am giving them a try and they cannot be this bad so i'm hoping its a user error and any tips would be nice.

Hardware:
Ego Battery and 5v passthrough (all i have)
Juice:
GP Flavorfull Line, AVE Hype.

I think you either haven't filled them to their capacity (Dual coils generally take 45 drops and Boge cartos take 25 drops).

OR you haven't let the juice sit in there long enough for it to moisten the filler material the the "diapers" that are wrapped around the coil thouroughly.

Let them sit for at least 20 min - 1 hr for this to happen. I had the same exact issue when I started using cartos since I was used to the REO and ego-t's. It does have a SLIGHT learning curve but once you get over it. It's easy.

Also, even though AVE Hype does work in cartos. It's still 100% and does take some time for it to wick. I've found that VG juices tend to dry out pretty quickly in cartos as well and should be topped off pretty often. BUT, it should definitely last more than 3 hits.

To get a beet feel for how much to put in, first fill the condom half full then SLOWLY (takes about 20-30 seconds) place it back on the battery end. Let that carto sit at least 20 minutes battery end down- an hour is better. Now po the top off (use tweezers) remove the o ring as well, see if the filler looks damp/soggy, if not add a few more drops, rotating the carto as you do. Now wait another 20 mins, again see if it looks soggy. Keep at it, by the time you get it soggy, you will know hoe many drops your carto takes.

Yes it takes a bit to do it, but you only need do it once for each type of carto, then you know and will never doubt it being full again.
