Contact your state attorney general's office and file a complaint. I did that for another "trial product" and it was solved. I was charged over $90 for teeth whiteners in a similar case. My funds were low when they charged my debit card and it then sent a trail of overdraft fees. This kind of marketing should be BANNED.

Cancell the card or report it lost and get a new one. End of story no more money for them.
I unfortunately used my debit card so they took my money right out of my checking account.They sent me two emails saying I couldn't get a refund because I sent it back after the 'free' trial, what BS! I had the USPS tracking number to prove them wrong, yet they still refused to refund my money! But I could get a great 'discount' on their other products to satisfy me!

What angers me the most is my bank. I have been with them 51 years, and had this CC for 41 years. But they take this scammer's word over mine! I said there was NEVER any mention on the radio ad about returning in x days or get billed, only that I would be thrilled with the results.
Apparently, this scammer said I agreed to the terms, but cannot provide any proof. My bank believes them over me, a half century customer.
They are mailing me docs so I can protest again.
Wow! Might be time to go to another bank! I'm hoping my bank believes me. Did you look at their BBB rating? It's a F! You would think this company would try to repair their reputation,but it seems they are in it to get as much money out of people as they can....
In this day and age, you are just an account # to banks. The days of the loyal customer preferential treatment are over. That's what reward points/ flyer miles were traded for.

One would think with their horrible buisness practices it would become well known what a bunch of scammers they are and they would go out of buis. I also wonder how much more money they could have made if they used honest buisness practices. Apparently they made a lot of money as they are the ones suing the FDA.
Really? Can you provide links? If they are suing the FDA about the use of E-cig's and win, and relax the rules for us vaping, then I will shut up. It would be worth the money.

And it only took three months! They were denying my refund even though they told me they were 'processing' it for three weeks. Finally emailed me and said I was one day late for a refund, that's when I sicked my bank on em.Got my 99.02 back in my account today, Citibank is my hero
Hey, PlantLvr....do you have a "good" phone number for SE??? I had it, but now the only number I can find is all automated BS that tells you what e-mail addys to use for each possible situation (except refunds of money).

Anytime anyone offers you a "special introductory price" or a "free 30 day trial" of anything, ask if it is an "opt-out" program. Basically that means the company is allowed to assume you agree to stay with them unless you tell them "no."
For companies performing in an aboveboard manner, they are counting on people forgetting to cancel who then think they are obligated to get the product. (You're not. Call the company and tell them you forgot to cancel.)
Apparently for somewhat sleazy companies, they keep losing your opt-out request.
And I'm sure there are pure scams out there that just want your bank or credit card info so they can drain as much as they can get away with.

There's a fantastic way to pay them all back: Go to the local cvs and get one-use ten dollar visa cards, pay the 7 bucks and use whatever blah name.
