Hey there, I'm new here, but I thought I'd just share with you how horrible my experience with Smoking everywhere was and maybe get some advice.

I purchased a Gold unit from them almost 2 months ago, and after 2 weeks of normal usage, the atomizer broke and started spewing liquid into my mouth. So I called them up to get a replacement, and they said I'd have to send my unit in first, and that they would be mailing me out a mailing label that day, and i would receive it in no more than 1 week.

2 weeks later, I call them because i haven't received a thing. They tell me that they couldn't find my information. and then, after I demanded to speak with the manager, they said that their mailing label printer had been, conveniently, broken for the past 2 weeks, and that they would be mailing me out a new label that day.

2 weeks now and still nothing. I called them today, and guess what, they couldn't find my information yet again!

if it was just the unit that was malfunctioning but the customer service was good, I would be ok. But when the unit is a piece of S*** and the customer service people are incompetent LIARS, I'm ......! and I think for valid reason!

how can i get my money back?! or where can i get an atomizer that matches the one for the smoking everywhere gold unit? because I don't think waiting around for them to get back to me is going to do me any good!

Help?

I ordered from them initially before I did more research and decided to get the 510. I canceled my order only for them to never give me my money back.

The only thing I can suggest is to file a complaint with your credit card company/bank. I did, and they gave me a temporary credit and went after them for me.

That's the only thing I can suggest. They apparently have one accounting guy8-o that does everything, and their customer service suggested to me that they can never get a hold of him. Weird, but if you get your bank after him, he won't have a choice.

Sorry for your troubles. SmokeEverywhere along with Blu are probably the two worst devices and companies in the industry. I like mm485's suggestion assuming you used a credit card. And I would also agree with getting a Joye 510 with the manual batteries. You will be much more satisfied and have less hassle with manual batteries.

That just sucks so bad. My first experience with SE, although obviously ridiculously overpriced, was fantastic. Granted we have a Kiosk here at the mall, so I can just walk in and get replacement parts, etc. and the guy that runs it is a great guy. I still go in there on the weekends just to sit, vape, and shoot the breeze with him. He's right next to the Starbucks ;)

My atty also died - within the first 3 days actually. He just handed me a new one, a pack of carts of my choice for my troubles, and sent me on my way.

Don't take me wrong - I have seen numurous stories in these forums just like yours. I just wish all of the resellers for them would get a clue because honestly - even though I have some different e-cigs now... I still love my 4081 (SE) for a very consistent and trusty vape.

In reference to that, thanks to all here for helping me in my beginnings of all that :D

Take care, and sorry for all your troubles.

I bought SE in a mall, hundreds of miles from home. Got home, found this forum, bought the 510. The one good thing I can say about SE, it lead me to finding this forum and purchasing the proper equipment. I had no intentions of quitting smoking when I bought the SE at the mall, like my sig says, it just happened! Cost me an initial bundle of money, but the rewards of not smoking real cigs resulted from the initial purchase of SE.

I'd let the credit card company go after em. I'd move on instead of looking for an atomizer. Totally Wicked has the best support I've ever worked with. My recent order from them arrived last night, the envelope had been opened, and the merchandise stolen. I left them an email last night, called them today, and the replacements are on the way.

Thanks guys for all the feedback! I will try the credit card thing. I will ask my bank to go after them. I'll keep you guys updated as to what happens!

that being said, what's a cheaper, more reliable company I can start with??? I see that on this forum, there are a lot of vendors who sponsor, are all of those vendors good?

healthcabin.net

get the 4 dse-901 pack if you want something with good flavor, or get a couple 510 kits if you want more vapor and more of a warm feeling in your throat, then load up on juices at 3.50 a piece to see what you like, shipping will be a shock, but the prices and service more than make up for it

*and don't forget extra empty carts & a passthrough for use at your computer

Do I read that right? 4 atty's and 4 batteries? I'm looking to get a 901 for my collection. Thanks for the info.

they have a 4 battery 4 atty and charger custom color pack for $55.00, considering the price of a smoking everywhere product I figured this would be a deal for the OP

*they don't come with cartridges tho, so pick up 10 for $1.80

I'm glad that I'm one of the lucky ones who found this site before purchasing an e-cig. The information shared on here in invaluable to those wanting to vap.

++

Straw modding carts, waiting the proper time for 510 attys to break in, figuring out what I'll need to mix juice, knowing what to pick up, looking into new models... I'd be screwed without ECF.

So, I called them again today, and finally, after all this back and forth, and me threatening legal action on my side, they said they were going to send me a replacement unit today, along with a shipping label so i can return the old one.

One thing I learned with this company, if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!

they asked for my credit information, which they said they would charge 1 dollar off of, just to make sure that in case I don't send them back the broken one (yea, like I'd keep it for good memories), they will charge me the full price. So I said ok, what's a dollar in view of this whole ordeal?

I receive my confirmation email, and they've charged me $10.98.
i'm like ... WTF??? Apparently, it's in the company POLICY that since I didn't return the old unit within 30 days, I have to pay shipping.

but WHO'S FAULT WAS IT THAT I COULDN'T RETURN IT WITHIN 30 DAYS???!!! They NEVER sent me the shipping label!!!

whatever man, at least I'm going to get a replacement unit now.

I better, or I'm lawyering up.

If Blu is so bad, how come there are ads for that company all over this forum?

anyway, thanks for the advice. I just saw the Joye 510 unit. it looks pretty cool. What's the difference between the manual batteries and the automatic ones?? I don't get it

Your still sucked into ordering replacement batteries, ect... from them when the time comes, and that time will come eventually. shyt can them douchebags and get a 510 or a 901. You wont regret it.

Matter of fact, I own a Prodigy and a Silver Bullet and have a 510 kit that has been sitting around collecting dust and would be willing to sell it to ya. I will include 2 lightly used 510 batteries, 2 brand new atomizers and 3 brand new blank carts for $55 plus 4.95 shipping via USPS priority mail. For an extra $10 bucks i will throw in a 24mg bottle of RY4 from Eastmall that is spiced up with with a dash carmel flavor from Loranns and VG. Send me a PM or leave a reply if your interested, payment accepted via paypal and all items are guaranteed not to be DOA. PCC's are great, will charge your battery up to 5 times while on the go. This highly reduced price offer is only extended to Pissedoff. All others will have to wait for me to post this and other items i will be liquidating from my stash in the classifieds section next week.

Check the member feedback thread in the classifieds for my rating, I have sold several other items to members and all are satisfied customers whom received exactly what i described for sale.
