well here we go...
I just got the same text. The odd thing is, it follows up to an email that I and my mother received from a company called Smoking Everywhere who produce those vapor cigarettes. A few months back they offered a two week free trial, which started the day you placed the order, this was only discovred after reading the fine print. Took over two months to send the item, and this was after calling to cancel it and for them to cease contact, and after disputing a bill for a product we have never received. (...)

Just got the same message....A**holes! I made a post about them calling me a few weeks ago and since then they have emailed me also and I removed myself from there list so I am beyond ...... getting a text from them at 11 at night. the text is from 41782 and it says to call 954-315-2669 to confirm my address for a Christmas Gift they NEED to send me. I think it is the same number that called me and I got into it with the guy trying to send me crap. They are a bad company and I wonder if there is a way to report them for this.

SmokingEverywhere is really going to give the whole e-cigarette industry a bad name. . . It ripped me off for more than $100. Soon, a million people will be filing complaints with consumer groups and the better business bureau.

With the federal court case--SE vs. FDA--coming into the spotlight any second, this is not a good time for them to pulling bad business crap!

I also got scammed for over $100, they just sent me an email stating that they could not refund me because I sent the "FREE" e-cig back after the 14 day trial deadline. I really do think all of us who have been scammed by them should get together and file a class action suit for fraud:evil::evil::evil::evil::evil:

I own a Scamming... err.... Smoking Everywhere and it blows b@wls. I haven't received a text from them, nor a phone call..... I never answer my home phone anyway. I reported them to BBB, but I doubt anything will be done about it. I tried talking to the mall manager, where I purchased the wanna-be e-cig, but he kept avoiding me.... maybe they're in on this together. Smoking Everywhere.... you will go down... oh yes, you will.:-x
