What is everyones opinion on smoking everywhere i really think customer service sucks. It was two weeks and did not recieve my e cig , so i called them and chris #213 says it has not been shipped yet he assured me it would go out the day i called , well it came in the mail one hour later so how could it not be shipped do these people really know wht they are doing and it does not vape that well got my titan from totally wicked and it vapes like a champ now that i know it work i do get a nicotine fix with high strength tob flavor i must get some other flavors what doo yall reccomend ???? thanks for listening 5 days no analogs !!!!!

There are lots of opinions here, I would just say that there are lots of other suppliers you can read about here that give both great customer service and a great product. Spend a little time in the reviews section. It was most helpful for me.

Have to agree, still fighting them for the kit I sent back AFTER I cancelled! Took 99 bux out of my account, but I'm going to still keep calling them till I get my money back!

They are also one of the companies that sued the FDA for seized merchandise from China. Problem is they also claimed their PV to be a smoking cessation device, which is a big no no with FDA, and will likely lead to either the demise or serious regulation of all things PV. They just don't show up as being anything but trouble all round...even got caught selling to under-aged kids. I personally think they are trying to bilk $$ out of as many people as possible, then bring down the whole industry. You'll read worse opinions here...I was trying to be somewhat diplomatic.
