All I see from my usual vendors is the ST XL 2Ω carto.

smok Tek is where I usually get these, but I have been waiting, seems like forever for them to get them back in stock.

That length is not a popular one for Smoktech, so few vendors carry them. May not help, but you could try this list of vendors that sell pre-punched cartomizers.

You might want to try Ikenvape or Boge if you don't find the smok.
