I just got one at a B&M for $15, Its my first RDA.

Build quality is nice but the supplied drip tip is super tight going back on. Other drip tips go on just fine. Mine has two sets of holes. Early versions had one set..i think

It does come with a dual coil at 1.5ohm and silica wicks. No other coils, silica or screw driver is included but im not complaining at this price point. The stock build actually vapes pretty good on my MVP. I will likely try a single 2ohm build later just for longer battery life.
