Smoktech coil heads

Hello

Recently I purchased a Red Smoktech Tumbler and a 5 pack of 1.8ohm coil heads. I'm having an issue with them tasting very chemical/plastic. It's not dry hits or anything as I leave plenty of time to soak the wick. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove that taste or are these junk? I'm hoping there's a fix because I LOVE this Tumbler.

Hi Venusjade,

Be sure to wash the tanks before you use them. (That goes for just about any new piece of vape gear.)

As far as the coil heads themselves:

They come directly from the factory, so there may sometimes be residue from the manufacturing process that lingers on the equipment.

If you have tried rinsing them and drying them and they still taste 'off', try soaking them in vodka or distilled water, air drying and then using them.

While this doesn't work all the time, many people recommend it.
