Smoktech Pyrex Aro?

So, I was looking for a pyrex mt3s type of tank. I heard great things about the Smoktech Pyrex Aro, so I got one.
I've been disappointed in my share of tanks, but I think this one is the worst.
It leaks, it gives me a few good vapes then it just fizzles out, it leaks...
I've cleaned it out, tried different coil heads, different batteries, different juice...
Anyone had any luck with these things?..or have a better option in pyrex to match a t3s?

I bought the Pyrex ARO because I wanted a T3S type in Pyrex.

Guess what? ....

I have mine upstairs working quite well. It has about 4mm of silica wick in it. That's how much I need for it not to leak.

.. and leak it did .. the worst leaking tank I ever bought/tried/stolen/borrowed or reviewed. Bad in a EPIC way.

I'm thinking about giving the pyrex Evod a go...less capacity than the t3s, and will probably have to drill out air holes due to tight draw.
Any thoughts?

I've got a couple of Smoktech T-dux tanks that have been pretty good so far. They are a bottom dual coil pyrex tank. I've rebuilt some of the heads but it's not as easy as an Evod. The only thing I don't like about it is that the metal drip tip is not removable. The glass Evod may have the upper hand because it's drip tip looks like it can be changed.

Turn the silicone cap on your heads upside down. If it still leaks, take the top wick from an old head, split it in half, then take off the top off the new head and put one of those halfs on top the other wicks and replace the top. Kanger won't save you, their heads have the same exact issue. If you want to escape it better to go with the t-dux which uses a ceramic cup instead of wicks.

Are you using the Pryex ARO or ARO V2? I purchased version 2 and haven't had any leakage issues. I do have to say that I have only been using it for a day and a half, but so far so good. You can get the Pyrex ARO V2 from madvapes.com for $5.99.

Both of my v2s leak as well as my v1. It's an issue with how the inner tube is cut and the overall design. Some leak, some don't, it's the luck of the draw with all these styles of bottom feeder clearomizers no matter the company. The best escape I've found so far from it outside of getting a glassomizer is either the aforementioned or the t-dux, which has a complete redesign that cuts out the wicks entirely for a ceramic cup encased in metal that uses a small slot in the metal to feed juice to the atty. Problem with that is it leaks too after you get about 1/3 to 1/4 ml left, but I've learned to top up as soon as it hits that line where the head meets the inner tube. Better than it leaking all the time!

I have been using a T-Dux for a couple days now. I originally bought an MT3S. It was alright, but it went through coils like crazy. So far the T-Dux is really nice. It goes through juice a bit faster, because it creates a much larger vape(at lower voltage I might add). I would say the taste is about the same though. The tip is not changeable, but I guess I am not really bothered by it. If you are partial to certain tips, then obviously this won't work for you. I haven't had an leak issues, but then again, I have not let the juice get down to the bottom yet(I'm .... like that).

I would highly recommend it, especially if you have 650mah ego battery. They are cheap batteries I started out with, and haven't had the money to make a bigger investment in them. But I think the T-dux has expanded my time a little bit.

The ARO is the only tank I use, I have 6 of them. I have never had an issue with leaking, or any other problem. I buy them (and the coils) here, and only here:

I love my glass Aro's. The large ones stay home, the v2's at home and out. Never had a leaking issue. Have had a gurgle but that is my fault and easily fixed. If anyone wants to get rid of any, let me know.

Mine is in the land fill, I tried everything suggested all the way from the very end of the internet, it would not stop leaking no matter what was tried.

I have 4 Pyrex Aros. Rebuild my own coils (which cannot be Kanger coils - the flange won't fit in the Aro's tube correctly.) Only once had a problem with it leaking, and that was because I didn't have quite enough cotton in the coil. Just threw a spare silica flavor wick on, and was fine until the next rebuild.

I have three Aro IIs. Never had a problem with them leaking.

They do gurgle on me every once in a while, but mostly when I'm not paying attention and they're almost out of e-liquid. The other time they tend to gurgle and spit is when the coil is desperately in need of cleaning/changing.

I haven't tried the Aro's, do they have the ceramic cup as opposed to the wick? I love the ceramic cup coils. For some reason I was going through a lot of the wick coils, and I would get that burnt taste. I don't get that with the ceramic cup.
