These are easily rebuildable. I've rebuilt them both as dual coil and single coil. If you can rebuild a Kanger head, you can rebuild these.

There are three head styles I'm aware of - small slot, large slot, and "carto".

The small slot and large slot have a ceramic cup inside. To take them apart, put the head in a base (so you have something to hold on to) and use a pair of pliers to pull the top/sleeve off. MAKE SURE TO PULL STRAIGHT and don't wiggle it from side to side - you'll crack the ceramic internals.

The "carto" style is more like a kanger head. Just a metal platform inside. These are only ones I use now. I think they call them "carto" heads because of the cotton liner that wraps around the head under the sleeve (a la nautilus heads.) Inside it's just a dual coil head. The "slot" heads just use long wick tails to fill the area between the sleeve and head.

I've used cotton, mesh, and nickel foam to wrap the heads before placing the sleeve back on. #400 mesh seems to work well with the liquids I use - which are usually less than 50% VG.
