Safest way to clean Protank II ?

I'm helping someone who has had cancer with cleaning their equipment, they are using a vamo with protank II. I'm planning on rebuilding the coils with kanthal and cotton, if you can help with info on this please check my thread in rebuildable atomizers.

What is the safest way to clean the protank between uses?

1) I've heard anything to just warm water, to warm water with soap, vodka or some kind of tablets for dentures?

2) Also how do I clean the coils before rebuilding them again?

Depends on the strength and smell of the juice. Milder juices a nice rinse in hot water should suffice. For stronger juices pour a little vodka or everclear in the tank, assemble it and shake for a few minutes. Super strong juices may require a 30 minute soak. Then rinse with hot water.

Cleanig the coils beoe rebuilding??? Why you are rebuilding. If you are talking about the head assembly do the same as above.
