Ballpark? You can figure 1 hour per 100mAh's at 3.7volts with say a 2.2ohm coil. What can change that is wattage. If it's a VV and you crank it up to above 3.7V, then you'll get less time. If you're using an LR atty/clearo which tends to tax the battery more - less time. If you power vape/pacifier mode - less time.
