Well I dont usually do this kind of reviews on vendors as I believe every good thing they can do they should do for their own benefict as a business. Also to respect the people who give them their money.

Yet, somethings are really worth sharing...

I talked to Rob a few times as I am a regular customer, from that and what I´ve seen in a few posts here it´s clear he really is a great guy. Great response to e-mails, fast shipping and follow-up e-mails are among the things that made me trust smoktek and order from them everytime I can, even across the Atlantic.

But that is not it, a couple days ago I asked Rob if he would consider resell a few other juices besides Ave, even knowing it was a long shot. The next day he sent me a message saying he would look into it, and that was great. To my surprise only a day later I recieved another message saying vendor "X" would not resell and he would try with the other one I asked. An hour later another message saying the other one would not be possible either.

So, took him one day to see my request, and try to do it. That alone makes him the best vendor I´ve tried, he really did everything he could and as fast as possible to try to give a customer what he asked for.

Even though it didn´t work out I feel like I won something here, and so did Rob.

Rob is definitely one of my favorite vendors. Never had a single problem with anything, and since I'm not that far from him, I usually get my order the next day assuming I order early enough. Really dig those gold colored drip tips I got from him. The finish hasn't worn off and looks perfect with my brass accented mods. Darn good prices too. I could go on but I'm sure I'd just be typing what his customers already know.

I hope we can mention VR because between SmokTek and VR, that's really all a person needs. They're both all I buy from (and I buy frequently), I've easily spent 1.5k at SmokTek this year, not because their prices are high, but because I like trying new things and they carry a vast variety (I'm also a lazy carto cleaner). Both companies remind me of one another because their customer service and fast shipping are amazing. I have all my gear delivered to my work where if a shipment comes on a saturday, USPS will ship it back because no one works on a sat. SmokTek is very consistent in their deliveries which is a big reason why I shop there often. I can buy items at 10pm on a Sunday, and it'll always get to my work on weds. If I make a booboo on my order, Rob is good at accommodating. This week I compulsively shopped and made 3 separate orders within hours of each other, he was nice enough to ship them together.

My comments are purely practical. I need consistent deliveries, a variety of products, constantly stocked quality items and good customer service when I make booboos (I make them, haven't had an experience where you make them). Even simple things like which items go well with others. I order certain cartos a lot and I had an impossible time filling them with my usual needles, but the linked recommended needle has worked beautifully. Those things keep me coming back to spend my cash.
