Don't have the smok tele but I love my GG clone and in 18350 mode looks awsome and it works great.

The SmokTech is, by far, the better-built mod of the two, but frankly, neither of them is built too well, so it really comes down to which you think looks better.

The brass KTS, by the way, isn't plated, so it won't wear off. Except the bottom cap, which for some reason is plated.

Not sure on that one. The threads and button on the gg clone had less issues.

Build quality is fine IMHO. Just metal tubes with decent threading. No fancy engraving or anything but I don't consider that to have anything to do with actual build quality.

I have the K100 and CCTS (gg clone).

Either one works pretty well. The CCTS is chrome plated brass and the K100 is stainless steel with an aluminum outer shell for looks. CCTS has a pinky button and the K100 has a bottom button that takes a little longer to break in. CCTS requires you to remove the smaller extension tube for 18350 mode while the K100 is completely telescopic.

Outside of the overall look ... those are the main differences.

Thanks. So which one do you like more?

I just got the China GG. Some people have gotten lucky with theirs, but mine is lame. All the body threads are extremely loose and the 510 fitting is so shallow the center makes contact way before the shoulder. Over tighten a carto or tank and have your contacts pushed in. Obviously China is not willing to hold the kind of tolerances required to make a consistant product. I wish there was an American made option at an affordable price.

The "ribbed for her pleasure" look of the K100 has grown on me. Personally, I think it looks better in 18350 mode. With an AGA-T2 it looks pretty darn nice.

The CCTS is sorta the opposite ... I like it better in 18650 mode. The beveled top cap will cause 22mm atomizers to lip over just a hair but I think they still look nice. Would be better if it was a flat top though.

I thought I would prefer a bottom button but actually prefer the side button of the CCTS. The K100 bottom button takes more force which feels less natural to me. Granted, over time the spring should loosen up. Do enjoy playing with the bottom locking ring though ... lol.

Hard for me to say which I like better honestly. I'm using my K100 more right now but I always play with my newer toys mote. Id say choose which ever one you think looks the best honestly ...

Sound like exactly how I feel. Thought I'd like bottom push button with spinning ring at first. But side button growing on me. Also didn't care for ribbed k100 look. But its actually nice in person. It seems heavy though. Might pull my pants down. Haha.

Also. Do u guys recommend rba with mech mod? I mainly use boge cartos and vivi novas now. But I want a strong hit. Or should I just buy a kick? I have a madvapes roughstack and when running my 18350 and my cartos/vivi nova. Taste like crap. Can't even cape more than 3 times before I take it off. I don't want my mechanical mod to be same.

For me, I thought the CCTS were neat little toys. Plenty of tinkering can be done if so inclined. Like them so much I ordered 2 more in another coop. Now I'll have 4 total.
After popping a mystery wire coil in my AGA-S this morning, I wrapped a new coil from Kanthal-A1 30ga at 1.2ohms. Dropped it on the Chrome CC with an 18500 and OMG the clouds rolled and the Blueberry Waffle never tasted so good.:p
