Joan Jett would be alright to see again. Been to 2 of her concerts and got to meet her backstage the last time - she's a little thing.
I've been to a lot of concerts in my life, in a wide variety of genres, but there was a near-miss that I'd give almost anything to have seen. Alice in Chains was touring with Metallica, Rob Halford, and a couple other bands. I went to the show, but found out, on the day, that AiC had pulled out cause Layne Staley was going into rehab. I would go back in time to see the original line up in a heart beat. (I'm not a purist, I've seen and enjoyed the new line up but 90's era AiC is one of my favorite bands of all time)

Would like to see Kansas again. They played at the base club here for New Years eve 2000. One of them slapped a pick into my hand on the way out and my buddy got a drumstick.
Grew up listening to Elvis at my grandmothers. Would have loved to got to see him in concert.
First pick would be the Allman Brothers. Saw them live back in my 20's (won't say how long ago that was!!!). Sounded phenomenal. Still listen to them.
wouldn't mind seeing Abney Park either, been listening to them for years. I've seen some of their live shows on it and it looks like a lot of fun.
