These are disposable but you can use them over and over until they quit. They are a bottom coil design. No need for an atomizer as it is already built into the unit.

Just to be clear. A CE3, or a CE2 Cartomizer for that matter, is a one piece combined atomizer and cartridge. They have no filler inside like a cartride does.

As for disposable. I consider everything to be disposable except batteries.

The CE2's and the CE3's are refillable. How many times depends on the e-liquid you put in it and the way you vape.

I'm not a vendor but as I understand it, the CE3's arn't going to be in the USA until about Aug 10th.

Yes. The CE3's will all be XL's.

BTW - You do know that the CE3's will be a "Bottom Coil" design. Bottom coils tend to give a cooler, mellow hit.

The OEM has them for sale on their website. That is usually a sign that they will be for sale in the USA very soon.
