It's a freaking beast! I picked mine up this afternoon. It's a bit bulky...definitely not an all day mod. It's a huge producer, but now I need to re-learn coil building and start building higher ohm coils.

I believe the display could be clearer...it seems a bit blurred behind the acrylic screen.

Many people's first reactions are hell no, I don't need 260 watts. Well, people don't have to use 260 watts! It's like they have a Nissan Altima or Ford Fusion, and then they complain Ferrari is too damn powerful and unsafe to drive. Sure you need to learn to drive a Ferrari, but buying a SMY 260 you don't need to pay the price of a Ferrari.

SMY 260 looks great, and its screen menu provides more options. It's the power you possess when you need it. Btw, someone from fasttech gave a very detailed reviews, Got mine. (added shot of PCB): FastTech Forums.

If you want one, get the carbon fiber one instead of the glass version.

It's on my to-buy list which includes istick 50w and IPV4 and some other mods. I am going broke, lol.

P.S.- although the battery layout they provide (in series) does provide additional battery life considering there are three batteries in here but you can get more if they had run them parallel (although I doubt 260 or even 180 watts would have been achievable like this) but I also find alot of people buying these high wattage devices and throwing an atlantis on them...did I miss something here???

Gimmick. The wattage war should be coming to an end soon and a focus on temperature control, form factor, battery tech and build quality is where we are heading. I don't trust it personally... Nor do I see any appealing features... But I might see how some of the "competition cloud chaser crowd" might find appeal. I guess? Thing is fugly as hell too.

I will admit (being a recovering cloud addict) that the SMY 180 was one of the BIGGEST let downs, I get and continue to get better performance out of my Sigelei over the god mod anyday, not to mention a bulky plastic mess

Form factor has left a lot to be desired, but the device works, and it works well. I've been vaping with a Mutation X built to 0.45 ohms at 80w since I put the batteries in at 8 this morning. It is now roughly 6pm, and it's showing 2 bars of battery left. I am a chain vaper, and this thing keeps up with my needs. That, by itself, shows me it has value.

I just wish it wasn't so bulky...at least round the edges off more.
