This is what I did with what I had:

FA Vienna Cream 1.5%
FA Coconut 1%
Inawera Pear 5%
Marshmallow 1%

Turned out pretty tasty. I've never had the original, but liked how it sounded. I'd probably make it again, but think I'd add some FA Fresh Cream to it. I like the mouth feel Fresh Cream gives.

ETA: Caps Marshmallow. Forgot to say "who".

Ha! So you think the FA Vienna Cream and FA Coconut worked pretty good? I need to reformulate this without the custard notes.

Well, not knowing what Snake Oil is supposed to taste like, and the fact that I'm not crazy about coconut..... I liked it, lol. I can say I'd tinker with it a touch more. Though it's good, it needs a thicker mouth feel. A little dry. But the flavor is pretty good. KEEP IN MIND, I'm new at this. I read something interesting, I write it down.

It's weird how your tastes change, because I did like the coconut flavor in this.

I've never had the original either, just the clone! I wonder is some FA Brandy will make it more juicy?

Now, see, I read that marshmallow does that, lol. It didn't in this recipe.

On a side note, I think this would be really good with pineapple, too. But when you said juicy, I thought of peach. I know I read somewhere about flavors or additives that help with adding a "moistness" to a mix.

I have made this with TFA Juicy Peach and it was really good...but it also had all the "infected" flavors also. It also had EM in the recipe and I heard someone say before "add a little EM to take away the dryness" but now people are saying not to use EM.

HeadInClouds said something about adding a hint of brandy to make a cherry pie more juicy...would it work for this? I dont know.

I know there was a thread in the DIY section about moistness. I've been wanting to find that one for 2 days now. If I find it, I'll post here. In my mind, brand and cherries makes sense, like adding raspberry to pop watermelon flavor. I'm learning so much!

(sorry for jacking the thread OP)

To make FA Coconut juicy, I'd add FA Jamaican Rum - awesome combination.
(Brandy, that I use very lightly with apricot, cherry, dark fruits and berries, or a 'brandied fruit' mix with pineapple.)

But I see the title here is Snake Oil, which I've never even tried, so I'll shut up now.
