So we went from the hipster diss to craft beer to addicts and ANTZ to insults and name calling..... Oh and the young guy with the cool as heck coat way back.
This is crazy up in here!!!!! I'm just gonna take my thick framed black glasses and silly t-shirt wearin' self outta here and give myself a hug cuz after reading all this.... I really need one!

Not really. A lot of us say what we mean instead of trying to spare someone's feelings because they grew up with people coddling them all their life. Some of us say it real... other say whatever they think the masses will give them an internet backslap and internet high five them for. I won;t even go into what I think when I see an internet high five. To each their own...
I got 200k facebook friends.. I got 7000 likes... Like my daughter said.. how many facebook friends do you have daddy.. There is nothing wrong with saying what you mean and meaning what you say, it's how it should be done. That said, there is no reason to say what you mean in the most hurtful and mean way there is. (You meant in the general sense here)

Oh gawd, I have that same shirt too. I didn't realize it was hipster - I thought it was nerd chic.
My wife forbade me to wear it when I was out with her because of all the comments and knowing looks I got from others.

I don't sugar coat things on the retrospect I don't phrase things as harsh as I can either, there is that fine line between getting your point across to wording it so it will hurt others.
Those that have read my posts know that I put what's on my mind on paper but I also refrain from personally attacking any one person or singling out folks. I understand that we all have our own ways of doing things or ideas that it should be this way or that, real truth is that we are all different and have different routes to the same place. As long as the destination is the same then the pathway should not be of any matter in truth, the same with personal opinions. Everyone has an opinion, they kind are like buttholes everyone has them but in reality no one wants to see them or hear them.
This all goes back to my "Be the bigger person and walk away" argument, if someone annoys me then I just hop to another thread rather then continue on. Trust me when the mods get involved no one wins in this case. Just my personal opinion

I beg to differ on the mods I love it when they show up in a thread I'm in. As long as you're not being a complete .... they're fun to hang out and shoot the .... with. Have you hugged a mod lately they're people too.
