OMG, if you don't inhale it first, your nose stings! (at least with the juice I'm vaping).
Bleck!

Maybe more VG in the juice.....
Last month I tried this in response to another thread where the vapor never inhales and only snorks. At first I couldn't even do it, but once I did, it burned . Like you said, perhaps with a lower nic it wouldn't be too bad, but 24mg made my eyes tear

I think i'm familiar with what the op is calling snorking. It's something i might have done now and then when i smoked.

So am i right in saying that snorking is when you draw vapour into your mouth, then slowly close your mouth to allow the vapour to gently come out, as it does you inhale that vapour into your nose ?.

I expect it would look pretty cool with a giant cloud.

Do you inhale into your lungs first, or just put vapor in the mouth and exhale through the nose?

Nope...no inhaling into the lungs at all. @mattiem and I, and others on ECF, have been vaping that way all the time. Some suggestions for that method were MTN or MTNM, etc., since there was never a specific term for it that anyone knew of. Some exhale all the vapor through their nose only, some exhale through their nose and mouth.

@vapdivrr - I'd imagine it would definitely sting vaping your 24mg eliquid. I vape 7mg, so there's no stinging to me.

yeah I do it BOTH ways … sometimes I just hold it in my mouth (without inhaling) and then I blow it through my nose …. At other times, I inhale it and then blow it through my nose … Some folks here say that it "stings" and burns too much when they exhale through their nose … I think the reason for this is because they are using juices that are high in PG and nicotine. I like the sensation but I use low PG juices and so it doesn't burn that much.... It is a pleasant "warm" sensation with a bit of a tingle.

The real diff would be smell/flavor, I'd guess. Smell is a major component of flavor reception.
Recently watched a NOVA science show about taste and flavor.

Our sense of taste is greatly assisted by our sense of smell. This can be confirmed when our nose is stopped up from a head cold and we can't taste our food.

The tongue has taste buds which can determine sweet, sour, salty, and bitter. To determine SPECIFIC flavors, our brain requires the sense of smell to assist. Our nose has 4000 different and specific sensors to identify aroma!

Knowing these facts it should be common sense to exhale some of our vapor through our nose to be able to enjoy our flavors to the fullest.

People really don’t inhale cigarette smoke or vape? Honestly I had absolutely no idea there was another way of performing “the act” lol! :vapor:

Ok just tried it and can’t see the point. Plus I got no flavor or that long satisfying draw. I’ll just keep vaping as is. Good to know. I think.
