Hello all! So I've had my Snowwolf 200w and been vaping on a dark horse rda and its doing great with that for a couple weeks now.
I tried throwing my Kanger sub ohm mini tank on it, it asks me new atty? + for yes so I click it. Now reads .53 ohms and it does nothing but burn it up (you know, the wonderful sound of a dry burning coil along with the wonderful taste) every single time. It's my understanding that temp control mode only applies to nickel and titanium builds with this device. Nonetheless, I tried turning the temp setting all the way down to 280 degrees fahrenheit anyway and its still burning it up even at a measly 5 watts, opposed to being on my kanger box, it does what it's doing on the 200 what it would be doing on the kanger at 50w!
The coil I have in it is the rba and it isn't burnt or needing replacing yet (it would if I kept trying it on the SW 200...). It's a .5 ohm coil so what do y'all think is going on with this? It performs fine on my kanger 50w box mod up to 30 watts without any burning issues at all... Are these two items not compatible?
