I ordered Kanger dual coils for my Aerotank with I-Stick 30w battery, and I didn't know 1.0 resistance was sub-ohm, but that's what it says on the box.

Can I still use it with my set-up? If so, anything special I need to know? Like what watts/volts should I be setting it at?

1.0ohm is not Sub-ohm, 0.99ohm and lower are Sub-ohm. The iStick30w I believe can handle down to 0.5ohms just fine, so you are good with those coils regardless, if you have the air flow you should be able to run up into the 15watt range no problem.
