My e-cig set up arrived today....the damn thing wont charge! SO now I have to deal with sending it back, waranty etc etc, am guessing another week or 2 before i can start!!
Have fired off a cranky e-mail, lets see how it goes

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Sometimes you either get a faulty battery or charger. Hope everything works out for you in the future. But, welcome to the ECF. Which kit did you get?

I got the e-lusion, which seemed the best option herein australia, as it is not as easy to buy here yet, not that many suppliers that seemed "kosher" one reason I did pick e-lusion was due to the warrenty etc, so please please let them deliver!!! I really thought the last packet of analoges could be the last one i bought, but will be a bit behind now

May I suggest you buy a kit from one of the many reputable suppliers listed on this forum. Most of them will ship to Australia.

From what I have read, E-lusion is rather over-priced.

Did any lights blink when you attached the e-cig to the charger?

One thing you can do is to make sure the center posts are connecting properly. Gently (that's gently!) take a paper clip or very small gizmo and pry up the center post on the battery connector for the charger and the e-cig. They need to touch inside. Only a fraction of a mm can help.

Also, sometimes screwing it in too tightly is a problem too. What did their support say? Did it vape out of the box?

After looking at their website, I can assure you that E-lusion is extremely overpriced for their starter kits and the cartridges. For less than half the price you could buy a far more powerful and advanced set-up.

That's why ECF members are here, to give advice to newbies about what to buy and how to use it.
