Excuse my rant but I need to get this out and I have no one around here who really cares to hear about my ecig dilemma.

Let's just start at the beginning (I will try to keep it short, but I do ramble)
I found ecigs White cloud (formerly with smoke 51) when they still sold loong totem v9's at the mall about 1 1/2 yrs ago. Yay Ecigs! I bought a kit and stopped smoking in about a week. I was oh so happy and so was my family. Until my batteries took a crap ( i guess I just happened to get those crappy batts lt was sending out for a while). After spending an ungodly mall price I took them to the mall and replaced them no problem. I thought about selling them I was so fascinated by the idea. I ordered some ltv9's from loong totem and worried for 2 weeks they were stuck in customs . I researched and found out about various models , juice etc. I found Leaford, gotta love Leaford.
So I called the place at the mall first and talked to a guy and he said ya wholesale and gave me the prices, crazy prices with crazy minmums considering I had already had to return 1 set within a weeks time. They also were coming out with a new model battery . Meanwhile my new second batteries took a crap. He promised to replace them with these new models and did kr808 or whatever the vk is , but he wouldnt replace my carts I already had with the crappy batt. The new batt's were ok after getting use to the ltv9 but had this weird airy noise that drove me INSANE whenever I use it, So I continued my search , tried various other models , decided I do not want to sell them because I am not a great risk taker and don't feel like having money tied up in customs back when they were doing that. I finally in Dec ordered a v4l kit I was ever so happy again, it was the same battery as the mall without the weird airy nose . I vaped like no tomorrow because I used the wrong mg so my batteries last me about 2 hours tops, I have recently started mixing so that frustration is solved and I almost didnt want to buy any more analogs but now I needed new batteries because :::GASP:::I am going camping for 3 days. I will have limited outlets to charge :::GASP:::
Here is where my last frustration comes in. The new V4L batteries make that fricking awful air noise that makes me insane ! what am I gonna do? I cut a condom and put it over some of the air holes to block some of the air the drag is just too darn easy but nothing coming out until that god awful noise starts UGH!!. UGH so frustrating! The blocking the air holes work a bit but not enough to make me very happy. Is anyone having this problem? I would post this in the v4l forum but I don't have privileges yet since I joined forever ago but always lurk and dont usually post.

The Xlongs dont seem to be as noisey,I also use a Dse905,it uses 14500 rechargable batts and lasts longer.I got the 905 at Madvapes. They have the batts to,and a 901-808 adapter.Or just get some VK extralongs at V4L.

I have 2 xl's from V4L and they are both harder to draw from then the older auto I have and the manuals and I think they are still the older style of batt. I just ordered the 2 new batt's because of this stupid camping trip and I am thinking about bringing my laptop just to use my PT LOL. I could just sit in the car the whole trip and use my pt with the car adapter :)
I am gonna go look at the dse you mentioned. Thanks

kinka choo take some silicone and plug one or even 2 of the holes on the v4l battery thread
This solves the airy thing. Even the jell type of crazy glue will work but do only one hole at a time and let dry then test it before going on.
It is this new battery type that has larger holes that is the problem

AHA! hahaha
I took the advice of Mini Art and used some silicone on one hole of one noisy battery. I compared the noise and airy drag feeling with the one I used silicone on and the one I didn't. I used one of the new empty premium carts that I filled myself and there was not so much noise on both batteries, silicone or not, I could actually tolerate and even liked this noise if that makes any sense ;-) .
This made me wonder if it is the carts making the noise and not the bigger holes in the new version of battery. I took one of my older non premium carts and there came the noise and air. It is loud and feels like I am sucking in air like crazy until I drag so hard I get juice out of it.
So now it seems to me that older carts make noise with the new batteries. It seems to be this way full or not as well. I thought maybe a non premium that isnt full would make the noise louder but all the older models seem the same , noisy full or not . The premiums I have are not noisy so now I guess when I refill I have to designate my old carts to my old batteries etc. At least it is figured out I think and I am happy again. Maybe I wont have open the pack of (just in case) analogs I just bought.
