My batterys are only lasting about 30 puffs. It sucks. I love the thing but The battery life is next to nothing. I also got in touch with the guys and they showed me a vid of using a pin to lift up the round bit on the cartomizer. this has done nothing. please help!

what are you using for a cartomizer? anything under 2Ω isn't going to last long and will kill your battery.also the initial charge should be a couple of hrs after the green light goes on. some say 8 hrs like a cell phone but I dont know if that is true.

30 puffs is definitely not right.
1) You're sure they're fully charged, correct? It might take a couple full charge cycles to get them running fully.
2) If you answered yes to step 1, something has to be wrong. Contact them again. It's possible that the charger is at fault. Are you charging it via USB, or the wall? If the charger isn't working correctly, it could be that they're just getting enough charge for it to turn off, thus leaving you with batteries that are barely charged at all. I've also seen USB connections not supply power properly to work a charger, and it will shut off quickly. If you have a wall adapter for the USB, or a wall charger for the batteries, try that method.
/30 puffs for a mini, regardless of the cartomizer, is still not right. You should go a couple hours of vaping, not 10 minutes.
10 mins is wrong contact the supplier and ask if it could be the charger,I agree.

If you keep putting new cartos on, sometimes the attachment gets pushed down and if you use the pin, you can ease it up so your battery will make a connection. I can't see how doing that would make your battery last longer. Do both batteries last a short time?
Minis are minis. Short batteries don't last a long time, but they should last longer than that. Their regular batteries and xl batteries do.

BTW if you bought auto batteries, stop buying auto batteries. If you leak juice on the end of any auto battery it can get on the drag sensor right inside that hole and make the drag sensor sticky - and then yes it can use up charge really fast because the battery will be slow to turn off after your drag. The other reason not to buy autos is wind or vibration can turn them on and waste you battery power. So if (for example) you are vaping in the car with the window open, the drag sensor may be triggering from the wind. This is why most people here use and recommend MANUAL batteries.
