Hey everyone. I know I haven't been around on this site in a while, but I've got good news (wait for it...wait for it): I finally admit that Total brand e-cigs suck. My THIRD set of batteries for the Total finally gave out on me last night before I went to the doctor, but thankfully the local smoke shop was still open and right on the way. I ended up getting the Bloog Maxx Fusion starter kit. For $60.00 I got 2 KR-808 batteries (which I'm already in love with), 5 cartridges (refillable, of course), 2 chargers (one USB, one wall charger), and 2 velvet pouches to keep an already-assembled e-cig inside of. There is only one problem, though. I didn't inspect the starter kit well enough to figure out that they forgot to give me the chargers. I'm now on battery #2 and just waiting about 3 more hours for the smoke shop to re-open so I can exchange what I bought for another kit (of course I'll make sure everything is in the new one first before I leave). Exchanging it shouldn't be a problem. But what I meant to say is mostly this: you guys were all completely right that the old Total e-cig was crap and the KR-808 is just plain awesome. I get WAY more vapor and throat hit off of just one drag of the Bloog, the menthol flavoring in the cartomizer juice is astounding, and spare parts are cheap. In fact, when I go back today I'll probably just fork over the $17.00 for a car charger and a spare battery. Anyway, if anyone is reading this who is new to vaping, please do your homework and shop around for a good quality starter kit before you buy one. I wasted a few hundred dollars before getting my KR-808 kit and it was worth every penny to get that new kit. Ok, so I guess now I'll just go occupy myself with some Facebook games until I either fall back asleep or it's time to go back to the smoke shop. Happy vaping , everyone!!!

I'm so glad to see someone else on here who loves their Bloog as much as I do! I have 3 batteries so that I will always have two fully charged back ups on hand, but have found so far, that after 8-12 hrs of use I only have to change it once at work...and at home after 6-8 hrs...cuz of course I'm vaping more at home! Now I'm in the market for some 808 Clearomizers!! Can't wait to get those this week and see how they are!

Clearomizers don't use filler material, and generally last longer and are much easier to clean.

Just curious. I think the design of the 808 is supremely important in regard to that PV. There are clearly more functional, efficient systems out there. But the cigarette shape of the 808 is, like it or not, a HUGE draw for new vapers.

I know that the lion's share of new technology is spent towards furthering more advanced systems but to not also develop the 808 design, I think, would be a mistake.

Yes, there are some and they have been around for quite some time too: CE2 (aka. Fluxomizer), CE3 (aka. Phoenix), Kanger M3, etc.

Yep. JJust ordered some SI ce3s.

I apparently missed out on the Nano. They sold out in what looked like a day but I wasn't digging the mandatory drip-tip anyway.

Seems strange to design an 808 mini clearo with a mandatory DT like that.

Anyway, psyched to try the ce3.

I use my kr808d-m3 clearos quite happily on my volt batteries (kr808 like v2 I believe?) They are a little wider than the battery however, about a ml over hang. They work great tho and look quite nice I think.

ETA: I've just added some of those Innokin 808 clearos to my cart at healthcabin Those will fit flush to the battery. You might also want to check out the new Nano at smokelessimage.com

Hi the V2 battery have a KR808D-1thread and they are 4.2 volts, then i have other batteries from Jacvapur but 3.7 volts.All I wish to know is if these batteries will work or will burn the clearomizer. Thanks

Are the v2 regulated at 4.2v or do they start at 4.2v, go down to 3.7 for the majority of use time, then cut off at 3.3? I ask because some vendors I've seen advertise 3.7v unregulated batteries as 4.2 because they have the ability to run at 4.2 albeit for a short time.

The unregulated stick batteries I have have not had the ability to burn standard cartos at full charge (eg 4.2v), but your mileage may vary.

Then the V2 are just a standard unregulated kr808d-1 then. Melita, you should have no trouble with standard kr808d-1 cartos and clearos.
