The SB will give you the same thing at 3.7v with an LR atomizer. The benefit? Running an 18650...you should easily get 2 full days of vaping on a charge. You could also run it at 6v and really go to town.
OR...my 2nd favorite mod is definitely the GLV2. There aren't as many straight 5v mods out there...but this one rocks.
