So I made my first ever purchase online, from Canvape (Lambo 4.0 kit + some clearos) and for the first time ever I payed with interac e-transfer. Now I didn't know exactly what I was doing and I ordered the kit then sent the money, Now how does canvape receive my passcode for the money transfer? Without the code how do they receive the money I sent?:unsure::unsure:

I know I probably sound like an idiot. Sorry.

I've ordered from them many times using same method, They let u know what password to use before u send the money via transfer, it's Canvape

If u didn't use Canvape as the password u may have to call them. Otherwise there's no way for them to know it and accept the money transfer.

I'm also sure that if u use there link on how to pay it says it there, but can't remember as I just know what to do each time.

Would emailing there support the order number and password I used not work?

i am trying to pay with interac e transfer right now, and its showing something different on my TD website, asking for a name and email, and telling me to set a question and answer, any ideas?
You have to add them to your EMT list on your bank website: the name is who the $$$ is going to, and the email address is so the bank can email them & let them know you have sent an EMT.

It doesn't matter what the security question is, but, the answer has to be canvape.

Hi,

I'm with HSBC and am not sure exactly how I set this up online.

There don't appear to be any viable options unde the transfer menu.

Would the option usually be under bill payment and would I just add canvape to the bill payee section?

There is no specific interac e transfer option

Cheers

You will need to get a hold of your bank then to see if EMT are available to you.

Remember to read their payment section carefully, each Vendor will tell you exactly what to put as question and answer even though it seems to be your own question and your own answer. The whole idea of sending the payment through email to the recipient (in this case the Vendor), normally the recipient should know the answer to your question in order to receive the transfer. But in this case the vendor is just typing in his own answer that he provided in his website.

Also you would have an email confirming the vendor has received the transfer. That's an indication of the vendor inputting the correct answer.

CanVape usually reply their emails within an hour. So if there is any confusion of the question and answer, you can always email him and it should be resolved easily.
