So i tried to put a custom logo on my Istick Pico

I just bought an istick Pico today and i upgraded the firmware to 1.0.1 The latest firmware version. In the new update you can add logos to your mod so i tried to add mine and i got this weird looking logo.. Please help? How do i fix this. !?

I've got this logo when it should've looked like this

Did you check out the joyetech Forum? There's a lot of help there with these logos.
The image must be a monochrome bmp of 382 bytes.
