Ok so... Looks like I have a shopping list-
Reo grand- white/ hammer tone door
Rm2
Black delrin button cover
A few extra bottles
White Delrin drip tip
White soft ( silicone) drip tip
Kanthan wire( should I get the 28 ga? Only have the 32 right now. If any of the micro could builders could chime in that would be awesome :)
Does anyone know where I can get the kickstand? I know it was some one on the forum's creation- did they ever sell it commercially?

Should I PM Rob in regard to the door option for the white reo? I don't see that choice listed on the website.

Also, does it look like I'm missing anything( I have batteries... Both 490 and 650, so no worries there. As well as cvs rolled cotton)

Thanks from a (soon to be) reonaut,
Tim
Edit: has the sub ohm kit been added to the new ones yet? Not planning on sub ohm but any decrease in voltage drop SHOULD. Translate into an increase in battery time, even with a kick yes?

Oh, and wth is a reducer tube?

In no particular order:

It comes with a spare bottle - i have never used it.

Most of the micro coilers use 30 or 29g, because it is less 'springy' than the 32.

Be careful with a button cover - the hamfisted amongst us (me!!) can easily mash buttons and firing pins with them, but i see he has some nice new shiny brass ones....

kickstand: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/283678-reo-grand-kick-stand.html
you have to make it. I have seen it made from a pencil eraser!

The sub-ohm stuff is not yet out, but it ought to increase your battery life anyway.

And a reducer tube is a small piece of tubing that fits into the bottom of the tube that normally sits in your juice bottle. It's to restrict the flow of juice to the atomiser in say, hot weather, when the juice can self-feed.

Yes - PM him and ask for the door!

if you read thru the kick-stand thread you'll find a way to get one much cheaper than having them made. also, you might want to add some rm2 screws (they are easy to drop and lose) and couple of o-rings in both sizes. also, if you don't have batteries and a charger order them soon, because Robert usually ships fast, and it sucks getting your first Reo and have to wait a few days for batteries.

Nice choice of colors! (Coincidentally, I have a white and a hammertone, and often swap the doors :) )

I'd suggest you purchase a spare spring or two. That way, you can be assured of never having a short, or at least, if you do, you won't have to wait for a new one to ship.

I'm not a subohm type, I generally vape around 1.5-1.8 ohms, and I started with 30 ga, but have recently switched to 28, (wrapped on a 16ga blunt needle), which I find I like better. I assume you already have a multimeter or way to check resistance, if not, you can get one cheap at Harbor Freight.

Get an extra spring or two. The original kickstand (i don't know if anyone over made another one) does not work with the Kick 2. It worked with the original Kick.

do you still Kick2 your Grand (for the one or two moments you put down your Woodvil)? someone posted that they used a Kick2 in a Grand without any kind of a holder, but i haven't gotten around to trying it yet.

Strange that you should ask that Dennis. Five minutes ago I put it in my Grand again. Its been sitting in the stash box with other stuff. After reading a few questions I decided to put it in again. I just didnt have much luck keeping a good ground with it. I am trying again with my erasure mod to see if I have better luck this time around. Since the Grand is a backup it should be fine for home use. Time will tell.

Speaking of the air hole in the cap... Would you consider the draw "tight" on the stock cap? Again, looking for ' most closely resembling the 357 lol. And speaking of... I have this mold able plastic stuff. Heated in near- boiling water it becomes pliable and easy to shape... I'm just spit balling here but I've been seeing rda's with reduced chambers.... A smaller chamber would increase the flavor of the vapor being produced ( due to concentrating the vapor) yes? Maybe this is the wrong stuff to use... Most likely is lol... But anyone done anything like this either rm2? Or any rda? ( probably should be a delrin insert for heat resistance)

I haven't read about anyone modifying the chamber of the RM2....just the air hole. Try it first with the stock set-up....you might be pleasantly surprised. Congrats on getting a REO....you will love it. I think the draw on the RM2 is maybe more airy than the 357....but I like it. I used nothing but 357s for a long time before RBAs came out, and in my opinion the RM2 blows the 357 out of the water. I have opened my air hole just a little (not to 1/16" like a lot) and it's great. I don't mind the draw with the stock air hole....just wanted a little more air.
