I have been using the EGO 900MAH with the mdcc's for 7 months and batts are dying! Have enjoyed the mdcc's but it seems after a few fills flavor takes a nosedive:(
planning to get e-power kit- looking for better flavor and longer lasting cart as well as TH and vapor production-as someone said in another thread I want to get away from filler and
flavor is a priority which is why I've been looking at the ego stardust-the fluxomizer deluxe xl -and the vision extreme series the vision extreme tankomizer- and the micromizer. Is there an adaptor I can use so the stardust (ce4 plus) will fit on my 510 e-power? Also what is the best ohm rating for flavor and vapor on the 3.7 e-power?

Having trouble making up my mind-been on here and youtube all day n night to get more info. Can anyone tell me what is the easiest most hassle free of those 4 and best flavor- I just filed a patent application and am starting a business so budget is an issue -so I'd like to factor in longevity-not a big fan of tinkering but would be ok if minimal. saw a similar thread on this and got lots of good info. wouldn't mind doing a small mod occasionally as long as it increases performance and I don't have to do it daily or more.
Realize nothing is perfect especially at lower costs -just want to get the most bang for my buck with minimal headaches and a fairly reliable system.

appreciate any insight or ideas
Rock the vape!!!:2cool:

Having purchased the fixed voltage 14650 E-Power, in hind sight for only $5.00 more I wish I had just gone for the VariCool VV box mod instead and skipped over the E-Power. If you want a "pretty much the same an an eGo battery" experience that's what you will get with an E-Power. If you want more latitude to play with VV options, especially when using LR anything - I would look at the SmokTek Varicool box mod instead. Take a look here for pricing on both the E-Power and the Varicool and you will see what I mean: Welcome to SmokTek - The Better Smoking Alternative - Your source for personal vaporizers, e-cig supplies and e-liquids

You may be experiencing the dilemma of trying to make any given carto fit a fixed voltage battery, rather than being able to tweak the battery voltage to work better with the device. Even attys or cartos that are getting "old" can perform better with only a slight voltage tweak. And VV can address variability that can exist from one carto to the next.

I'm pretty much in the same position as you: Started with eGo 900 & 1000 mAh batteries, moved to E-Power (should have skipped that step), picked up the Varicool box mod a month after I got the E-Power. At nine months I wanted more performance than going from fixed voltage eGo to fixed voltage E-Power could provide. My .02.

Thanks for the well wishes and help-I'm definitely wanting to try either the vision extreme or the vision grande tankomizer can't decide which -will definitely be trying the stardust as soon as they are back in stock.
Rickajho-the mod you sent me to is a little more than I can spend right now as after the box shipping 2 sets of batts and a charger would be around $90 and I still need cartos and juice-what do you think of the 5 volt box mod on their site it's $20 less and I could prob make that work-do you really use the 5-6v range much?
