It hasn't even been a week since I said I was pretty much set, that I didn't need to buy any more hardware. I'm perfectly happy with my simple egos. I had two 650 mAh batteries (silver and black) and had two more ordered as back-ups (also silver and black) Really, I didn't need anything.

So what have I bought in the past two days...?

From fasttech
Two black 650 mAh batteries (to let people borrow/try out).
Two black 900 mAh (can't have too many back-ups)
Two cheap paisley 650 mAh (simply because they were pretty).
Three cases.
30 clearos.

From VaporGirl
Two gorgeous minis (one hammered copper, one metallic paisley).
Two 1100 mAh etched stainless (spiral/skull and crossbones)

And now with all this talk about legislation, I'm thinking about stocking up on nic juice (just in case).

LOL!

But at least I'm not smoking, right? :toast:

:) It's not unusual, I think. It's like a whole new world and you want to explore it all. I bought several different types of batteries when I was starting out, because I couldn't decide what type and size I really wanted. But then I was able to give a setup to my husband, and then later one to my daughter... so they did come in handy. I think it's good to be excited about it, and that may help with getting through difficult days in the beginning.

Well today my TV remote died. So I went to the battery drawer in the kitchen. I pulled out the box of Duracell AA batteries and they were all corroded and nasty. I check the "Good Until" date and it was March 2014....next year. So now I am leery of stocking up on batteries that I don't plan on using soon. This is partially why I am considering getting a mod that I can change batteries in and then just buy batteries as I need them.

Make sure you get a charger that takes a variety of battery sizes. I didn't think about that and had to buy another charger when I got a different sized mod.

I need to downsize. Ive been buying way too much vape stuff. meanwhile my laptop screen is smashed, my cellphone battery just died, i've got bills up the ying tang and no job to pay them all off. So I think its time for me to downsize. Its been fun owning all the mods I've always wanted, but now I need to sell sell sell. Take a step back, do some serious mature researching, know which ones I'll keep, which ones I'll sell, figure out what PV I will replace all the PVs I dont need anymore, buy it, stock up on heads and just be happppy!

well Barbara21, you don't have to stock up on juices if you know how to make your own from scratch. Juice will be good for about a year and then start degrading. You can slow that up by cooling it in the 'fridge or freezer.

for the Vape-ocalypse I have purchased the following:
"Make your own e-liquid: And other tricks to make your starter kit last forever"

    you can get
"How to make your own Ecig Ecigarette Liquid fluid vapor at home!"
    for a bit less money.

I also tend to buy atomizers that can be rebuilt.

Hahaha, I know how that goes. I've been using a partially broken mouse that randomly powers down and the cooling system in my PC isn't holding up anymore, so I've got a small window fan blowing into the open case to keep it from overheating. My guitar is missing its 5th string and has been for two months, though I've gotten used to playing on it. I could have bought something to rectify any one of these problems with this week's meager paycheck, but what did I do instead? I bought a ton of juice. I don't even need juice! I'm already set for the next couple of months. I just wanted to try more flavors. I've got so many batteries, delivery systems, tools, and parts lying around now that I need to get one of those little plastic organizer cabinets... ...maybe a little spice-rack type deal for my growing juice collection. But those are also things I'll likely neglect to buy instead of more vapemail.

I would like to point out to the Moderators we have some new words that need to be edited from ever being publicized again. They are evil and ugly words no vapor should have to see in print! The first word is" downsize " , also "buying to much" should not be a sentence structure permitted on ECF!!!!!!!! ;-)

You're preaching to the choir. This past week I purchased two more Caravela's, two more Caravela Vela Latina drip tanks, and two Mark Bugs Wizards. You don't want to know the total, but it is still less than a year of cigarettes at 1.5 PAD's. In a year, I'll still have the mods too. Those cigs would be up in smoke, and my lungs would be that much blacker. There is just no comparison, vaping is a bargain and WAY more fun.
