Got lobang or not, everyone still takes a risk. Those who have such lobang, come here to share with others what they are using and any tips on improving what they have and etc... I don't see that as showing off.

LOBANG = Hole. (Opportunity, contacts, knowledge etc in Singlish.) The OP is moaning about the lack of Lobangs to get stuff in our area.
And why should it be easy. The guv made it illegal, enforces its laws competently. SGvapers still thrive because we have decided more or less collectively to be as law abiding as possible, ie no selling, buying, advertising, smuggling etc. Also in line with the forum regulations I believe.

I am fortunate to have plenty of lobang and own quite a handful of stuff, and I do post and share experience like you do. But the more I post the more DL I am. You know why? cos I receive a lot of pm asking for help but I have to reject them. Why I reject them? Just like you said, it is just .......n sensitive. I don't know who is friend who is foe. I begin to feel that all my posts are like me showing off but not in any way helping anyone.
I want to make friends. How? I mean, this hobby is not like cycling or fishing where friends or friends to be can just meet up and share experience. I pm you and say hey bro, we both have a lot of good stuff lets meet for coffee and share experience, would you come? I won't, cos I will freak out.

Ask around, I did not sent one pm asking anyone for any lobang. I don't need, I have the resources and avenues aka the means to get what i want and when I want it. And I am a grown up dude, I am probably twice your age.
And you are absolutely right about me not having a single friend in the local vaping community. I really don't have and I don't know where to start and i'm stomping my foot looking for some. Why not you and me make friend first? You certainly don't sound like someone for 'the agencies'...

My bad if I misunderstood your post. I've had plenty of PMs just like you, and pointing them in a certain direction I did, just not openly sharing everything.
If you were twice my age, you'd be retired bro, if not 6 feet under.
Maybe I'm a bit more lucky then you and have some friends into vaping. Though again, its taking a risk knowing them and they took the same risk. I guess we feel its a risk worth taking.
