I don't think they are the R4's..(R2's maybe).but I love em...aren't they great? He has 808 e2's also...might be out of stock tho...

So I wonder what differences there are in the R4's ~ I really can't imagine how they'd be improved unless they are easier to fill. So far I've found that they don't get overly warm, great flavor (the best taste I've had so far, and I've tried a pretty much everything atty/carto/juice wise) and last an amazing length of time. I never did get that 'all day' thing with other cartos...I take a lot of primer puffs, so I waste a lot that way, but i always had to refill every hour or so, which still isn't that bad. But these went for several+ hours for me.
I have been at this for such a long time and I've not given up analogs and I've been using these since last night and I think I might be seeing a new ray of hope. **crosses fingers**
I do hope there will be the XL's for the KR808's though...
They've added a silicone cap on top (inside) to stop the leakage from what I understand, maybe something else I'm not sure maybe Big will let us know everything here on the 4's BIG?

The 808 versions i got from him a few days ago do have the silicon ring to help with the leaking issue, granted these E2's aren't perfect yet, but they will be after some more revisions. Apparently the only difference between the ones COV have now and the newest is that they don't ship with primer still inside them.
I'm happy with mine as is....lol.. I just take em out and fill and vape...I didn't notice any primer...but I do blow them out ...just habit... and I forgot I bought the 808 E2's ...Duhh.......just found them...lol

As far as leaking, it didn't take long to learn not to lay these on their side. After I figured that out, I've not had any leaks.
I'm assuming that the 808's you found weren't XL?
I think I found an adapter for 510 carto to 808 battery but I'm still wondering if there are (or will be) the XL's.
I'd read somewhere that a 10 minute soak in hot water and a couple of rinses would take care of the primer. I also shook it out as much as I could then did some very careful dry burning ~ I didn't let it get red, just short bursts until it seemed pretty dry, and that took care of any primer issues.

Ya know, it's not easy for a guy to even think about applying nail polish to a carto to differentiate the liquids inside.
The r4 will have the same wick material. The difference is no primer, sleeve around cup, and some kind of material to simulate the PTB mod. One could take that out if they want and I understand they may put it in the package separately. We'll see.
I definitely wouldn't order r4 until they're officially out. Some people were getting weird hybrids that were apparently test cartos.
Placed 2 orders with COV just this last week. Got the E2's xl and regulars. Love them on my ego n hello. wouldnt mind it at all if there was a higher voltage version i could rock on my V3 so it could join the party. Fill an XL and start a 8 hour love in with some boba's bounty while at work. SHipping is fast and Bruce always is available and prompt. Like I told him in an email earlier this week, I am now looking for reasons to order from COV because of what a joy it is to do business with his company.

Got some LR 306's ..but can't get the caps off...Bruce said they aren't glued...but I actually broke my 306 trying to get it out.Got them especially for dripping....

Try putting them in the freezer for an hour or so. That will cause the metal to shrink slightly and help you get the caps off. Worked for me, anyway.
