So new here I still stink!

OK, I thought the title might get some attention, I joined on 9-22-13, had been lurking for about a month prior. Since joining I've read, searched and researched, BUT, this is a huge forum and the are a couple of things I can't find.

First off I've smoked for 35 years, quit a couple of times for more than a year each time. 2-3 PAD of Pall Malls non filter or equivalent off brand as the gubmint increased their profits over the years.

Tried a Blu on a whim over a month ago. Loved the taste, batteries sucked and I had to pull on it so hard that I think I went down one shoe size. I saw the potential in the product, just knew it had to be made better.

Recently a dedicated vape shop opened here. So my wife (also a 2-3 PAD smoker 30+ years) picked up an igo3 starter kit. She liked it and I tried it and bought one the next day.

In two weeks she is completely off analogs, if anyone could ever NOT stop smoking it is her! Unbelievable. I'm down to 2-6 analogs a day. A couple of days completely without. I won't give up until I give THEM up.

Anyways a question. I've searched for any info on the iGo3 or iGo4 on this site and can find nothing. I see them being given away as prizes but nothing else. Are they just another type of eGo? Or something different?

Thanks, yes I had found the same description. I guess it must be new enough that not a lot has been put on the forum about it yet. I hadn't found the YouTube vid though, Thanks. Can't truly say Google is my friend though. I run NoScripts for security reasons and I specifically block anything Google among other search sites so sometimes my searches are limited and a little more time consuming but I have no other way unless I'd run different OS and manually input commands, it's a work thing since I do some work at home. At work cannot even get on a forum like this.

Hello and Welcome, glad you joined! Congrats to you and your wife!! I too was a hard core smoker and nothing would make me give up the cigs, not even the fact that I couldn't breathe. As soon as I got off the nebulizer I'd smoke a cigarette then get right back on the nebulizer. I thank the heavens for APV's/Ecigs!!!

Welcome, that's quite a habit you have to conquer, best of luck. The day will come where you realize you don't even think about cigarettes anymore, or that when you do they just kinda ... you'll be over them. At least I hope that day comes for you. Your post is hilarious, by the way.

Welcome stinky! ;-) In the 20 years I smoked I can't count how many times I tried to quit. Every time I would cheat too! Only time I didn't was when I started vaping. I tried the Blu type one before too and they just didn't cut it. I was real close to starting back up again when on a whim I went into a B&M vaper shop here local. The rest, as they say, is history!
